You MUST NOT book in advance, only when tied on, also ensure BOAT NAME is VISIBLE at all times for easy identification.

Visitors:  are allowed to book up to 7 days on the pontoon , with online payments to be made on arrival via the HSC website. Any stay beyond 7 days must have approval of the Pontoon Officer. An access card for the duration of the stay will be provided by the bar staff or pontoon Officer once proof of payment is provided, On leaving, post the access card in the RED POST BOX by the pontoon gate.

Members: Options on arrival:-

1. You will be less than 3 hours.

Nothing is needed. (over 3 hours and you need to pay for 1 night)

2. Staying on the Pontoon.

You book on line and pay for the first night ONLY on arrival, and then book online a second time when you leave. ( the start date of the second booking will be the day after the first booking is made), followed by date you leave. 

Boats  returning within 3 days of departure for more than a 3 - hour period will be recorded to have uninterrupted use and will be charged accordingly.

Please complete all payments within 4 hours of departure.

3. Winter rates are available. (During boat lift out and lift in)

You book online when you arrive using the date you arrived as the start and the end day as 1 day later to get the £25 for a week. You can review this each week , up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
