Steve Jackson Races under the HSC Banner at the ILCA 6 Nationals

Steve Jackson, long time member of HSC recently travelled to North Wales for the ILCA 6 (Radial) National Championships, an Olympic class event with 110 boats entered and youth squad qualification at stake.  Having only sailed the boat three times this year he entered, in his words; "a little out of practice", but still made the gold fleet in very tricky conditions.  He finished a strong 46th overall - an excellent result in such a high level fleet.

The championship also served as great preparation for his main focus; the RS Aero 5 National Championship in Weymouth at the end of August.
