Password Changes – errors when requesting new password

Please note that when a member requests a new password and provides their email address this is checked by the website database and if correct sends the user an email with a link to reset their password.

• There has been an issue with error messages showing despite the email address being valid.
• Users are advised their password change will still work despite these errors showing, this has been tested rigorously by the webmaster.
• The issue with the errors is being addressed and it is hoped will be resolved in a a few days.
• An update message will alert members to the issue being resolved.
• If any user has issues accessing the website they should email the webmaster  at webmaster@hardwaysailingclub.co.uk
