Meeting With Local Police This Friday 24th

Summer is here, schools are finishing, and unfortunately we are already seeing an increase in the number of youths causing problems around the club.

To address members concerns, a meeting has been organised at the clubhouse with the local police. This will provide an opportunity for any members who wish to attend to raise questions or concerns regarding antisocial behaviour, particularly on and around the club premises and pontoon.

The police will explain the actions they can and do take to deal with these issues, as well as provide advice on what members can legally do if they encounter problems.

While we are on the subject, we would also like to remind all members that the security of the club depends on everyone playing their part. Please ensure that all doors and gates are closed and secured behind you at all times. By remaining vigilant and following these simple measures, we can all help reduce the risk of further incidents and keep our club safe and secure.
