GALLEY UPDATE
HSC is pleased to report that Colin Shaw and his wife Katrina have now taken on the galley franchise, with a planned opening on the evening of the 23rd February 2023.
They appreciate, and have taken note of the feedback submitted by members in response to the previously issued questionnaire and intend to start with a small menu choice until they can gauge the culinary requirements of members.
We wish them well in their new venture and encourage members to support them in making this a successful service to the Club.
